BODY SCULPT

Enjoy guided weight training and a great workout at one of our Body Sculpt classes. This class and many more are included in your membership with The Muswell Hill Club.

What is Body Sculpt?

Body sculpting (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength.

 

Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

 

Anyone who wants to firm up. Body sculpting and core strengthening are great if you want to learn the fundamentals before you venture into the gym on your own.

Since the takeover I can honestly say this is the best club in Muswell Hill. All the old staff are still there (friendly as ever) and the new facilities sparkling! It has all you need and more!
