“My name is Jana Ondrusova. My passion for sport started to grow when I joined the ice hockey team. I represented Slovakia in ice hockey at the World Cup. I moved to London 2010 and since then I have become a Level 3 Personal Trainer and have been in the industry for the last 7 years. My purpose is to help my clients achieve their goals and to share my knowledge.
My goal is to support my clients on their journey to achieving a better lifestyle, feel more energised and confident, to promote exercise in a healthy and safe way that can be enjoyable.”
